Accounts may be suspended or closed when fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is detected.
Orders become binding when payment is confirmed and the related sales agreement is accepted during checkout.
Delivery, return and warranty responsibilities may vary by seller, but Miyzi oversees marketplace compliance and support channels.
Marketplace content may only be used for personal shopping, operational store management and lawful support activity.
Users may not interfere with platform security, scrape content or misuse communication tools.
Miyzi may update these terms when platform features, legal requirements or operational practices change.
Continued use of the marketplace after an update means the revised terms have been accepted.
