Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms that apply to remote sales completed on the Miyzi marketplace between buyers and approved sellers.

1. Subject of the agreement

The agreement covers products purchased remotely by the buyer from a seller through the Miyzi marketplace infrastructure.

Product, price, delivery and seller details are shown on the relevant checkout and order confirmation screens.

2. Delivery and fulfillment

The seller is responsible for preparing the order and handing it over to the selected cargo provider within the announced period unless a force majeure event occurs.

The buyer is responsible for checking the delivery address and shipment information before completing the order.

Estimated shipment windows are shown during checkout.
Separate seller groups may create separate delivery packages.
Delivery issues should be reported promptly through the order detail page.

3. Right of withdrawal

Except for legally exempt product groups, buyers may request a withdrawal or return within the legal period after delivery.

Refund timing may depend on return approval, inspection and payment provider settlement windows.

Requests must be submitted through the order detail page.
Products should be returned in their complete and resalable condition when applicable.
Custom, hygienic or quickly perishable products may be excluded by law.
Refunds are made through the original payment instrument where possible.

4. Dispute resolution

For disputes within legal monetary thresholds, buyers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts with jurisdiction over the transaction.

Miyzi retains operational records and communication logs to support compliant dispute resolution.
