Most marketplace products may be returned within the applicable legal period after delivery when they are eligible under consumer law and seller-specific policy rules.
The order detail page shows when a delivered item is eligible for return initiation.
After the buyer submits a request, the seller reviews the case and the admin team may complete the final decision when operational review is required.
Progress is communicated through account notifications, email and the order timeline.
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment flow whenever technically available.
The reflection period may vary depending on the issuing bank, card network and payment provider settlement schedule.
Certain product groups may be excluded from return rights due to hygiene, personalization or legal exceptions.
