KVKK Clarification Text

1. Data controller information

Miyzi Marketplace Services Inc. acts as the data controller for buyer, seller, candidate seller and visitor data processed on the platform.

Applications regarding personal data may be submitted through our registered communication channels.

2. Processing purposes

Personal data is processed for the lawful purposes listed below and in line with KVKK principles.

Running membership, ordering and delivery operations.
Managing payment, cancellation, return and refund flows.
Verifying seller identity, tax and payout records.
Carrying out customer support, security and audit processes.

3. Domestic and cross-border transfers

Where required, data may be transferred to service providers, payment institutions, logistics companies and legal authorities under appropriate contractual and security measures.

Cross-border transfers are limited to infrastructure and communication services used to operate the platform securely.

Transfers are limited to service partners that support payment, logistics and communication flows.
Information may be shared with authorized public authorities where required by law.
Contractual, technical and administrative safeguards are applied during every transfer.

4. How to apply

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may request information about processing, ask for correction or object to certain uses of your personal data.

We evaluate valid applications within the legal time frame and may request verification to protect account security.
